Kingston
age friendly

This is a new 7 week
over-45s course created for the Kingston Age Friendly programme. The course has an emphasis on confidence-building and improving mental health, preparing you for a return to the workplace.

And you will benefit from the same employability skills training we deliver in our other courses. We aim to get you interview ready!

Sessions are held on Wednesday mornings,
10.30am-1pm from

This course is for unemployed and underemployed Kingston residents age 45+
There is no upper age limit at Room for Work
